Lead projects and initiatives to promote the identification and delivery of innovative solutions, to enhance the organisation’s technology capability.

In your role you will

  • Design the IT architectural planning for MSF Germany in accordance with MSF Germany strategic goals to support the design and development of the Enterprise Architecture strategic approach, and resource optimisation
  • Carry out the technical design of IT solutions, where new technology or critical architectural changes are introduced, together with other IT teams to implement, refine the current technology roadmap and support its continuous update and consistency with market standard
  • Be the architecture focal point and build architecting capability within MSF Germany
  • Guarantee that technology acts as a key enabler of organisational improvement and service transformation
  • Advise on the integration landscape of the MSF Germany owned applications, in order ensure integrity of data within the same

You Have

  • a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field and a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role 
  • Strong understanding on Business Processes Mapping
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture Foundation Layers 
  • Strong modelling skills and experience in the design of IT solutions, developing roadmaps, technology Standards and Architecture models preferably using standards (Archimate, UML etc, (TOGAF) certification a plus)
  • Knowledge of application development and support processes (requirements gathering, implementation, testing, compliance)
  • Knowledge of wide range of integration patterns and associated technologies
  • Ability to practically apply information architecture concepts to a design challenge
  • Able to analyse and interpret very complex problems or processes that span multiple business areas, iddentifying integration and system dependencies between multiple technical components. Able to propose approaches/solutions
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems integration and cloud computing platforms and a vision on how to apply architecture capability within an organisation's context
  • Fluency in English and German

    • Payment according to a transparent internal salary structure; in this position according to group 5 with full-time employment (40h/week) from 4.019 Euro to a maximum of 5.085 Euro, depending on the relevant professional experience
